Paige Pease

ABOUT

Paige has combined her expertise in tax driven structuring to assist her clients in debt and equity financing of complex commercial real estate developments qualifying for various federal and state tax credits, including historic, low-income, mill, film, energy and new markets tax credits. With almost twenty years of experience in corporate and partnership transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, REITs, HUD financings and public offerings, Paige continues to assist clients in the formation and financing of new business ventures, including employment documents and lease negotiations. Paige developed her tax credit expertise at The Brockmann Law Firm, P.C., where she represented low income housing and historic tax credit developers from 2006 to 2014. Prior to joining The Brockmann Law Firm, P.C., Paige was a Partner in the Corporate and Tax Departments of McDermott, Will & Emery and an Associate in the Corporate Department of Goodwin, Procter, both in Boston, Massachusetts.

Megan Frers

ABOUT

Megan graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in May, 2014. While in law school, she served as Research Assistant for Dean Danielle Holley-Walker, interned for the Sixteenth Circuit Solicitor’s Office in Rock Hill, SC, and worked as a law clerk at Rogers Townsend Thomas PC where she worked primarily in the litigation department, focusing on areas such as construction litigation and insurance defense.
